- Express Shipping (paid upgrade): 1–3 business days, calculated at checkout.
International
- Standard Shipping (paid): 7–21 business days (varies by country).
- Express Shipping (paid upgrade): Delivery times vary by destination, usually faster than standard. Cost is calculated at checkout.
- Please note: Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply in your country. These are the customer’s responsibility.
Tracking Your Order
- All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking details via email once your parcel has shipped.
- If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
Delays
- Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs, holidays, or courier delays.
- SweatSets is not responsible for delays once parcels are handed to the courier.
Wrong Address or Missing Parcels
- Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- We cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
- If your parcel is lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to help locate it but cannot guarantee replacement.
