Refund policy
We want you to love your SweatSets. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
- Return within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/labels attached.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
- Funds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Received the wrong item or a faulty product? Email us within 7 days at info@sweatsets.com.au and we’ll fix it right away.
Return Shipping
- Customers cover return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Use a tracked service, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
